Learning Target - students will discuss and visualize U.S. and WW II, neutrality, and build up to the war, along with video clip from movie "Saving Private Ryan", taking notes
- Success Criteria: 1) define Normandy and Omaha Beach: 2) list 2 reasons why invasion was successful

- students start notes (and review) of WW II material for test next week
- Learning Target - students will summarize rise of dictators and events leading up to start of WW II, and US involvement
- Success Criteria: 1) take notes and regurgitate beginnings of war; 2) define "Lend/Lease Act; 3) list 2 dictators and countries involved
